The exciting juvenile filly Gottagoodfeeling proved too strong once again for her southern rivals when taking out the Group 3 Miki’s Deal Southern 2YO Fillies Classic at Winton on Sunday afternoon.

Driven perfectly by Blair Orange, the Ken Barron trained filly speared to the lead off the gate, handed up to the race favourite I’m The Boss and then used the passing lane to dash home and score by half a length.

The daughter of Vincent remains unbeaten in two starts, having previously won on debut at Winton a few weeks earlier in a swift 1:55.2 mile rate.

Bred and raced by Hazel van Opzeeland, Gottagoodfeeling is out of the Mach Three mare Renske B.
